The Caraires Consultancy was born from experienced consultants who have worked in the industry since the late 80's. Through that time we have seen many changes in the way companies recruit and what candidates are expecting from a recruitment agency. We have seen many agencies simply submitting CV's, and not listening to the needs of both the candidates and clients.

That is where we come into our own. To begin with we view both the candidates and clients as equals, giving as much advice and support wherever possible. Every candidate will be advised where their CV is going, talking through the particular position in detail before any interview is attended. This saves time for both parties. Candidates are fully prepared and confident and clients are receiving good quality applicants.

A huge part of our service to clients is to understand the 'company culture', finding out what makes the client 'tick'. We feel that 'old fashioned' principles of customer service are still glady received. It is refreshing to know not everything needs to change.

I say 'old fashioned' but we do have a website and all the electronic gizmos which we would all be lost without, but it is still nice to meet people face to face, in a friendly professional environment.
